The Young Haitian of Alberta Society is a major  charity and membership organisation targeting young people particularly those of Haitian decent living in Alberta. 

The Aims of the Society are to:Promote a knowledge of the Haitian culture and its heritage Provide a fun environment for youth to come out and participate in various activities provide a resource for the dissemination of information relating to young people living in Haiti support and promote interaction through our pen pal project between the young Haitians living in Alberta and the young Haitians living in Haiti

The formation of the Society represents an exciting step forward for everyone engaged in promoting cultural awareness among young people
